New: self-healing agent teams that find and fix their own faults, around the clock. See how it works
FLUXMA  /  Philosophy

This is an industrial revolution.

Steam, electricity, the internet, and now AI. Each time, the companies that adopted first did not just get a little better. They became a different kind of company. We intend to be 100 per cent AI, and to help our clients get there too.

People who use AI will win. People who do not will be left behind. The difference between a company with AI and one without is the difference between winning and losing. The FLUXMA view

A company that runs on AI can do each piece of work for a fraction of the cost. That changes everything downstream. It can afford to pay more for every customer it acquires. It can price more sharply, serve faster and stay open all night. It can scale into demand without hiring ahead of it.

A company without AI is competing against all of that with people doing work that machines now do in seconds. It is not a fair fight, and it will not get fairer.

Our goal is simple to say and hard to do: automate businesses to a very high level, so departments can run lean, fast and extremely well. Not AI as a feature. AI as the operating layer.

Who we take inspiration from

The pioneers are already there.

The most ambitious builders of our time are reorganising their companies around AI. We study how they think, and we build that thinking into businesses of every size.

Elon Musk

“This really will be a world of abundance.”

Jeff Bezos

“This is real. The benefits to society from AI are going to be gigantic.”

Jeff BezosItalian Tech Week, Turin, 2025. In 2026 he described AI work as being done “with a bulldozer instead of a shovel”.

Jensen Huang

“Every job will be affected, and immediately. It is unquestionable.”

Jensen HuangMilken Institute Global Conference, 2025, where he added that you will lose your job to someone who uses AI.

What we believe

Five convictions.

01AI is here to stay

This is not a cycle. It is infrastructure, like electricity. The only question is how quickly you plug in.

02Lean beats large

A small team with the right systems will out-execute a large team without them, every day of the week.

03Cost per action is strategy

When an action drops from pounds to pennies, you can afford to pay more for every customer and still win on margin.

04Speed compounds

Systems that run all night and fix themselves pull further ahead every week they run.

05Humans for judgement

Machines for the work, people for the decisions that matter. That balance is what makes it trustworthy.

Be on the right side of the revolution.

Tell us what slows you down. We will map it, build it and run it with you, from the first agent to the whole department.
